Jeffrey Bowes has been blessed and inspired by exceptional timber frame structures and glorious vistas for most of his life. Growing up on a farm in rural Ontario, work often found itself within the shadows and protection of many hand cut turn of the century timber frame barns. The appreciation for these powerful structures, mixed with carpentry and building experience at an early age, provided the backdrop for what is now a 25 year career in the inspired and exciting industry of Timber Frame Design and Construction and Industry Professional and Resort marketing. Through the 80’s Jeff worked first with a journeyman carpenter on smaller residential projects gaining knowledge and experience. In the mid 80’s Jeff started what would become a 20 year involvement with a large Ontario based timber frame firm.
Jeff rose from hands on timber frame layout and cutting, through the ranks of management in production, contract management, design and operations, and then into directing sales and business development in Canada and the United States. It was through these opportunities and regular travel that he found his place and inspiration within the industry in the mountains of Colorado. In 2006, the relationships and requirements of many projects, architects and clients in affluent and exclusive resort areas in the west led Jeff to resign from this eastern firm after more than 20 years and strike out and source what he would later refer to as a premier boutique Timber Frame manufacturer. It was again in the mountains, this time north of the border, that he would once again be inspired.
Jeff and Legacy Ridge continue to be intimately involved with what the industry now considers to be a world class Timber Frame company, located in Golden, British Columbia. Retained now as an owner and partner, to direct ever expanding business development, design, customer service, and increasing sales. Jeff continues to be “on the ground” monthly in BC, Colorado, and Ontario, consulting with clients, architects and builders. Jeff also remains active with projects in elite resorts and developments, and supporting architect’s and client’s efforts, in directing design and building teams throughout Canada and the United States.
Stephanie is a strong executive with a track record of 20+ years delivering financial results in multiple industries and disciplines from strategic planning, marketing communications, database marketing, performance planning, segmentation & modeling, direct marketing, mass advertising (print, publications, radio & TV), digital marketing and CRM.
Her career depicts a record of progressive success propelled by continuously hitting results & earning respect within several blue chip organizations. The depth and scope of Stephanie’s skill-set is best illustrated by her past roles ranging from Executive Director managing Business Strategy, Marketing, Advertising & Brand as well as HR performance. She has also lead a Global team of Marketing, Product, Inside Sales, Digital & Tradeshow teams during her tenure as VP Global Marketing at a software company. Building the new Data mining & market segmentation team within Bell Canada; to building a segmentation & digital customer experience strategy for the DM LOB at Canada Post (CPC) – bringing about a more customer centric communication practice. She has developed award winning multi channel marketing campaigns, realized double digit response rates on campaigns, developed marketing automation strategies, written white papers, launched new products, branded new products, worked on Brand revitalization, as well as built new marketing departments - developed new skill sets, process & business practices to achieve company goals.
